It is a double A-side single. It celebrates the 1st anniversary of Telepathy.
4 editions are available. The Type A and B editions come with a bonus DVD featuring either a version of their PV made by fans, or a special edition of their regular program Telepathy no Summer Pipipi Hour (テレパシーのサマーピピピアワー).
