Former AKB48 member Maeda Atsuko will be the narrator for the upcoming Pokemon (ポケモン) short film titled Pikachu to Eevee☆Friends (ピカチュウとイーブイ☆フレンズ).
The film is set to premiere alongside the movie Pokemon Best Wishes!: Shinsoku no Genosect – Mewtwo Kakusei (ポケットモンスター ベストウイッシュ 神速のゲノセクト ミュウツー覚醒).

The site has currently poor content. The fans can subscribe to a free mail magazine in Japanese. Other features will be added later. It also hosts Maeda Atsuko official fan club.
Moreover, Maeda Atsuda announced that she won’t participate in the AKB48 5th Senbatsu Election 2013. Acchan explained that she will be abroad for a filming during this period.
Maeda Atsuko is going to appear in the drama Kasuka na Kanojo (幽かな彼女).
Former AKB48 member Maeda Atsuko will play the role of Kawai Chiho, an assistant teacher.
Kasuka na Kanojo will start airing on Fuji TV in April. SMAP’s Katori Shingo and Anne will be starring in the drama.
The horror movie Kuroyuri Danchi (クロユリ団地) (The Complex) starring Maeda Atsuko (ex AKB48) will be released in May.
Maeda Atsuko plays the role of Asuka, a girl who has moved to the Kuroyuri housing complex where mysterious deaths occurred since 13 years ago.
The movie is directed by Nakata Hideo (Ring, Chatroom…)
Oricon (オリコン) published its yearly singles and albums charts 2012.
AKB48 are the best-selling singles artists. SKE48 also appear in the top 10. NMB48, Nogizaka46, Not Yet, Maeda Atsuko, Watanabe Mayu, Sashihara Rino, no3b (No Sleeves), Morning Musume, Momoiro Clover Z, French Kiss, Itano Tomomi, Super☆Girls, and SDN48 are in the top 100.
AKB48 came in 3rd position of best selling album chart, and SKE48 in 40th position.
To celebrate Maeda Atsuko’s graduation from AKB48, a photo mosaic has been created with 10,000 pictures sent by fans.
The photo mosaic is available on an official website between August 28 and September 30. By clicking on it, each picture and message from fans can be seen in detail.
The poster is also displayed at AKB48 Theater between August 27 and September 3.
AKB48’s concert DVD Maeda Atsuko Namida no Sotsugyou Sengen! in Saitama Super Arena ~Gyomu Renraku. Tanomuzo, Katayama Bucho!~ (前田敦子 涙の卒業宣言! in さいたまスーパーアリーナ 〜業務連絡。頼むぞ、片山部長!〜) will be released on September 5.

Maeda Atsuko AKB48 Sotsugyou Kinen Photobook “Acchan” will be released on August 24.
As the title says, the photobook will commemorate Maeda Atsuko’s graduation from AKB48. It will include new photos, a long interview of Acchan, a talk with Yasushi Akimoto and more.
