Kondo Rina announced her graduation from Yamamoto Marin, Suzuki Mariya (Cheeky Parade), Takeda Maaya (GEM) to study in Los Angeles
Yamamoto Marin, Suzuki Mariya (Cheeky Parade) and Takeda Maaya (GEM) are going to study abroad in Los Angeles, USA.
As a result, the 3 girls will temporarily suspend activities with their idol groups during this period.
They made this announcement on January 17th at the end of iDOL Street Carnival 2016 live at Nakano Sunplaza, Tokyo.
Ganbare! Victory – Seishun! Hero
Ganbare! Victory‘s new single Seishun! Hero (青春！ヒーロー) will be released on January 27th.
This is the 3rd major single by the rock idol group.
The MV, the spot and the cover artwork have been unveiled.
AKB48 coming-of-age ceremony 2016
32 members from AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, HKT48 and NGT48 held their coming-of-age ceremony (成人式, seijin shiki) on January 11 at Kanda Shrine in Tokyo.
Kizaki Yuria, Iriyama Anna, Tani Marika, Anai Chihiro, Tanigawa Airi and Nishigata Marina were part of the girls who became adults. They were all wearing pretty furisode.

3 members of Nogizaka46 held their coming-of-age ceremony
Nogizaka46 members Ikoma Rina, Ito Marika and Kawamura Mahiro held their coming-of-age ceremony (成人式, seijin shiki).
The ceremony took place on January 8th at Nogi Shrine in Tokyo. The 3 members of the idol group, born in 1995 and in early 1996, were wearing beautiful kimonos.

Starmarie Live in Hong Kong
Fans across Asia flocked to watch Starmarie perform at Hong Kong’s Music Stage at the group’s first ever concert in Hong Kong on December 20th.
Not only has dark fantasy girl group Starmarie achieved domestic success on their road to Budokan, they have simultaneously enjoyed Asia-wide stardom across Asia. In 2015 alone, they performed 4 solo shows in Taiwan, 2 shows in the Philippines, and a show each in China and Indonesia for a total of 8 overseas live performances.
Abe Natsumi (ex Morning Musume) announced her marriage
The former idol of Hello! Project, Abe Natsumi, announced her marriage with the 28 year-old actor Yamazaki Ikusaburou.
This announcement was made in the end of last December.
The singer has a relationship with the actor since 2011.
