Former AKB48 member Maeda Atsuko will be the narrator for the upcoming Pokemon (ポケモン) short film titled Pikachu to Eevee☆Friends (ピカチュウとイーブイ☆フレンズ).
The film is set to premiere alongside the movie Pokemon Best Wishes!: Shinsoku no Genosect – Mewtwo Kakusei (ポケットモンスター ベストウイッシュ 神速のゲノセクト ミュウツー覚醒).
It will be released in Japanese theaters on July 13.
Nakagawa Shoko will also make an appearance as the voice of Ninfia.
