Brats, the Japanese girls band featuring Kuromiya Rei (Ladybaby), released the MV for the song 14-sai Byou (十四歳病).
The title can be translated in English by “14 years old disease”. This is also Kuromiya Rei’s age.
The song was written by Urbangarde’s Matsunaga Tenma who was inspired by her.
The title is a reference to “chuunibyou”, a condition which usually affects 2nd year middle school students as they are stuck between childhood and adulthood and trying to figure out who they are.
The video juxtaposes bloody violent scenes with Japanese kawaii scenes effectively.
