5 members of Nogizaka46 held their coming-of-age ceremony

Nogizaka46 members Ito Karin, Akimoto Manatsu, Saito Yuri, Takayama Kazumi, and Nishikawa Nanami held their coming-of-age ceremony (成人式, seijin shiki).

The ceremony took place on January 10 at Nogi Shrine in Tokyo. The 5 members of the idol group were wearing beautiful kimonos.

Akimoto Manatsu, Saito Yuri and Takayama Kazumi are part of the 1st generation of Nogizaka46. Ito Karin and Nishikawa Nanami belong to the 2nd generation of the idol group.

The coming-of-age ceremony is reserved to those who reached 20 years old, which is the age of majority in Japan, over the past year.

Furthermore, Nogizaka46 1st Year Birthday Live 2013 will be released on DVD on January 29 and on Blu-ray on February 26.
